Flexibility and 24/7 access
You determine for your company how your employees clock in and out in MULTICAL Time Recording. All your employees have the possibility to access their time bookings anytime and anywhere in a matter of seconds. The web-based Time Recording can be operated both via the browser on the PC and via the MULTICAL app on the smartphone (iOS & Android). Alternatively, it is possible to clock in and out via a badge in credit card format. This is interesting for companies whose employees do not have access to a computer or who do not want a smartphone option.
This flexibility makes it possible to always record working times cleanly and quickly, in the home office, in the field, in logistics, in production, in the catering business, in the office, in the specialist store or wherever.

In the case of larger projects and customers for which several people work, the team management can generate an evaluation over a specific period of time at the push of a button. All recorded times of the employees involved are clearly listed and, if desired, exported for further billing.

But what happens if an employee is absent? No problem, Time Recording knows at any time when someone is on vacation, sick or at the dentist thanks to Holiday management. The tedious manual reconciliation with the Time Recording is no longer necessary for employees as well as for supervisors.

At a glance, you can see the time already worked, the target time as well as the balance time for the Current week or month.
A time booking can be corrected manually, for example, if clocking in or clocking out was forgotten. Time bookings that have been changed subsequently or manually are marked with a warning sign in the overview for the supervisors, so that they are clearly visible and can be checked in a few seconds.
Since all time bookings are always displayed live in MULTICAL via the cloud, i.e. in real time, the team leader can see at any time which customer his service staff are currently with, for example, and who is currently on the road. This makes it even easier to assign any new requests to a free fitter.
